Welcome to Iterateology LLC (“Iterateology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit iterateology.com, and any subdomains (collectively, the “Website”) and any related subpages or subdomains (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Table of Contents

1. Scope & Purpose

This Policy applies when you:

  • Visit or browse the Website;
  • Engage with features such as contact forms, file downloads, or chat;
  • Opt into email communications or download resources;
  • Purchase services or digital products; or
  • Interact with our marketing content on third-party platforms.

This Policy does not cover data collected offline or via third-party websites or platforms that we do not control.

2. Age Requirements

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, contact hello@iterateology.com
and we will delete it.

3. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide (“Provided Information”)

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing/billing address.
  • Business details: company name, role, goals.
  • Transaction data: purchases, invoices, order confirmations.
  • Support & feedback: survey responses, testimonials, intake/application forms.

B. Information Collected Automatically (“Device Information”)

When you use the Website, certain information is collected automatically to help us operate, secure, and improve our services. This includes:

  • Technical data: IP address (processed but not stored long-term), browser type, device type, operating system, time zone, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, downloads, scroll activity, and other interaction data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, tags, pixels, and web beacons that enable analytics, performance tracking, and session insights.

We primarily use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) and Microsoft Clarity to collect this information:

  • GA4 helps us understand aggregate traffic, usage trends, and returning vs. new visitor patterns. Event-level data is retained for up to 14 months for long-term analysis. We do not send personally identifiable information (such as names or emails) into GA4.
  • Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with the Website through anonymized heatmaps and session replays. Clarity sets cookies to function properly and may capture interaction data such as mouse movement, clicks, or scrolling, but does not collect personally identifiable information.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

In regions where consent is legally required (e.g., EU/UK), analytics and session tools only run if you choose to accept cookies through our consent banner.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enable core site functionality and security;
  • Remember preferences (e.g., language);
  • Measure traffic and performance (analytics);
  • Support limited affiliate tracking where applicable.

Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK), non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing) are set only after consent. We use a consent tool (see Section 9) to manage this.

5. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Website and services;
  • Process transactions and send confirmations/receipts;
  • Communicate with you (service updates, support, newsletters where opted-in);
  • Detect, prevent, and address security or fraud issues;
  • Analyze Website performance and usage to improve content and UX (User Experience);
  • Fulfill legal obligations and enforce our terms.

If you purchase courses/memberships in the future, we may process progress/engagement data to personalize your experience.

6. Analytics & Session Experience Tools

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 to understand aggregate usage of our Website.

  • Retention: We retain GA4 event-level analytics data for up to 14 months to analyze long-term patterns (e.g., seasonal trends and returning visitor behavior).
  • Google Signals: Disabled (no demographics/interest reports or cross-device advertising features).
  • IP addresses: GA4 does not log/store IP addresses.
  • No PII: We do not send personally identifiable information in GA4 event parameters.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to generate anonymized heatmaps and session replays to improve usability. Clarity sets cookies for this purpose. Where consent is required, Clarity loads only after consent is granted.

In jurisdictions requiring consent (e.g., EU/UK), GA4 and Clarity will only run after you accept analytics cookies (see Section 9).

7. Advertising Pixels & Affiliate Tracking

As of the date above, we are not actively running advertising pixels. If we add pixels (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Ads) in the future, they will:

  • Be disclosed here and in our cookie categories;
  • Respect regional consent rules (only fire after consent in EU/UK);
  • Offer U.S. state-required choices (see Section 11).

We may use affiliate tracking cookies to attribute referrals and manage commissions for affiliates; these will be disclosed and, where required, controlled via consent.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers (payment processors, hosting/IT, analytics, email platforms, scheduling/CRM tools, affiliate platforms) to operate the Website and deliver services;
  • Security & fraud-prevention vendors;
  • Professional advisors (legal, tax, accounting) under confidentiality; and
  • Authorities if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We may share aggregated/de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.

In a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, your information may transfer as permitted by law.

9. Consent Management & Regional Differences

We use a consent management platform (CMP), such as Cookiebot, which:

  • Geo-targets banners so that visitors in EU/UK see an opt-in banner for non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing);
  • Does not show a consent banner to most U.S. visitors by default (policy disclosure applies); and
  • Sends consent signals to our tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) using Consent Mode so non-essential tags load only after consent in regions that require it.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie icon or “Cookie Settings” link (if shown) on the Website.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.

11. Your Privacy Rights

A. U.S. (State Privacy Laws)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information;
  • Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising;
  • Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.

If/when we use advertising pixels that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will provide an in-page “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or equivalent control.

To exercise U.S. rights, contact hello@iterateology.com
or use any available web form we provide.

B. EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU/UK, you may request:

  • Access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Objection to processing (including where we rely on legitimate interests).

Where consent is required (e.g., analytics cookies), we will only process after you grant consent via the cookie banner/CMP.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • GA4 event-level analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
  • Business records (e.g., billing) may be kept as required by law.

You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.

13. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Website at your own risk.

14. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our Website may recognize browser-initiated Global Privacy Control signals and, where required, treat them as opt-out requests for targeted advertising or sharing. Some tracking may still occur for strictly necessary purposes or where permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Websites

This Policy applies only to our Website. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked to/from the Website. Review those sites’ privacy policies for their practices.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes may be announced on the Website or via email if appropriate. Your continued use of the Website after changes indicates acceptance.

17. Contact Us

Questions or requests regarding your privacy rights can be sent to:

  • Email: hello@iterateology.com
