mini-Ecosystem
Design Lab™:
A Structured Strategy Session that meets you where you are

One focused session. One clear outcome.

A 60-minute 1:1 working session for values-led service providers who want to stop guessing and start making decisions based on what’s actually happening inside their marketing ecosystem.

Bring your dashboard, your funnel/journey, your offers, your “messy middle,” or the decision you can’t seem to make.

I’ll bring the frameworks, the screen share, and the clarity tools to help you see what’s working — and what to do next.

Important: This session is done via screen share, so plan to join from a computer (not a phone) with a stable internet connection.

Mini-Ecosystem Design Lab™ a choose your path to building a measurable marketing ecosystem and having expert help in getting more leads for your coaching business.

Let's get something straight:

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about knowing what matters.

Most marketing advice is production-focused: post more, launch harder, publish constantly. It’s built to keep you moving, not to help you understand what’s actually working.

And when you don’t have a clear way to tell what’s driving attention, trust, and leads, you can’t diagnose what’s bringing you results. You can only keep producing, keep tweaking the obvious stuff, and hope the right people eventually find you.

This Lab is the reset. We take what you’re already doing and help you tune into the feedback it’s producing — so you can decide what to keep, what to change, and what to stop based, and then take the highest leverage next step based on what’s real.

No hype or vibes. No “do everything.” Just a clearer signal and a next move that fits your current capacity.

Marketing is a conversation. Metrics are the part that talks back.

You don’t need another strategy. You need to understand what your marketing is already telling you.

If you’ve been through Metrics That Talk Back™, this is the live, 1:1 version: we’ll look at your real ecosystem together and translate the feedback into decisions you can actually act on.

And if you haven’t, here’s the simple idea: your ecosystem is already responding. You can see it in what gets clicks, what gets replies, where inquiries come from, where people drop off, what converts, and what keeps quietly stalling out.

When you can’t read those signals, everything turns into guesswork. You end up changing the most obvious thing — your content, your funnel, your offer, your tools — not because it’s the right move, but because it’s the only move that feels actionable.

In the Lab, we slow down and make it understandable so you know you’re taking the right action for you. We’ll look at what you’ve already built, what it’s producing, and what it suggests you do next. You’ll leave with a clear priority (not ten) and a decision you can move on without burning everything down.

That’s the point: less spinning, more tractionwith my eyes on your ecosystem.

Choose the Best Path for You

This Lab can go three directions depending on what you need most right now. You’ll select your track in the intake form after you reserve your session.

Not 100% sure which track fits? Choose “Not sure yet” when you get the form. We’ll confirm the best path in the first few minutes of the call — and if you’ve worked something out since submitting your intake, we can still pivot.

Track 1 - Journey Mapping

Map one core client path through your ecosystem so you can see what’s connected, what’s missing, and what to prioritize next.
Best for: multiple offers/entry points, scattered assets, or “I know it’s all related but I can’t see the path.”

This session helps you zoom out and understand the core path your best-fit clients take — from first touchpoint to becoming a client — so you can see what’s connected, what’s missing, and what deserves your attention first.

You bring: any diagrams, flows, funnels, offers, email sequences, or entry points you already have

Together we’ll uncover:

  • Where your ecosystem is already supporting the journey (and where it’s breaking or going dark)
  • Which stages are missing, unclear, or misaligned
  • What’s doing too much work (or not enough) across your touchpoints
  • The highest-leverage next step to improve the journey without turning it into a rebuild

You’ll leave with: a simplified journey, the biggest disconnects, and one high-leverage fix to focus on first.

Track 2 - Insight Translator

Make sense of the data you already have (even if it's messy) so you can spot patterns and make a confident next decision.
Best for: you have data, but it's confusing, incomplete, or you don't trust it — so you're stuck guessing

This session helps you make sense of the numbers you already have so you can spot patterns, name what’s actually happening, and choose a next move you can stand behind.

You bring: 1–2 dashboards, exports, or reports (Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, email platform, social insights, checkout/sales, spreadsheet, etc.)

Together we’ll uncover:

  • What your current numbers are already saying (even if they’re imperfect.)
  • Which signals matter most for your model — and what’s noise
  • Simple, usable benchmarks so you know what “good” looks like for you, not based on a general “standard” target.
  • The next best action (keep/change/stop/test) based on what the data supports

You’ll leave with: the 1-3 signals that matter most to you right now, what they’re telling you, and what to do with the results.

Track 3 - Ecosystem IQ Review

Assess your current measurement maturity level so you know where to strengthen your feedback loop — and what can wait.
Best for: you want a clear read on your current tracking + data-informed decision-making maturity so you stop winging it and start stewarding your marketing ecosystem based on real feedback from your best people

This session uses my Marketing Measurement Maturity Framework™ to assess how clearly you can see what’s happening in your ecosystem —and where to strengthen your feedback loop in a way that fits your capacity.

You bring: whatever you currently use to track performance (tools, notes, dashboards, screenshots, spreadsheets, etc. — even “not much yet” is fine).

Together we’ll explore:

  • Your current measurement maturity level across clarity, tracking, insight, and action
  • The biggest gaps holding your ecosystem back
  • Where to focus next — and what can wait (so this doesn’t become a tech project unless you want it to be)
  • A right-sized next step to improve measurement without overbuilding or overwhelming

You’ll leave with: a maturity snapshot, the biggest area to focus on improving first, and your next best step to improve it.

Not sure where to start? That’s what this is for.

If you already knew exactly what needed to happen next, you probably wouldn’t be booking a consult call.

A lot of the time, the real problem isn’t “I need a new plan.” It’s, “I can’t tell what’s actually happening here — so I don’t know what to do first.”

That’s why “Not sure yet” exists in the intake form. Share what you do know, bring what you have, and we’ll choose the best starting point together. If it becomes obvious at the start of the call that a different track would serve you better, we’ll pivot.

Whether you’ve got dashboards and diagrams or just a sense that something is off, you’re in the right place.

You won’t waste the hour by not having everything figured out. You’ll finally stop guessing and leave with a next move you can act on.

What this session isn't

What this is

A focused working session to diagnose what’s happening, interpret the feedback your ecosystem is already giving you, and land on the highest-leverage next step.

If your question includes tools or tracking setup, we can absolutely talk through how I’d approach it and what to do next. If time allows, I may guide you over-the-shoulder while you make changes on your screen. But the Lab is still a strategy-and-decision session — not a guarantee that everything gets built or fixed in one call.

If it becomes clear you need deeper diagnostics, ongoing guidance, or hands-on support over time, the better container is the Marketing Ecosystem Partnership™.

Here's how it all works

This is a focused 60-minute 1:1 working session designed to help you understand what’s happening inside your marketing ecosystem — and choose the next best move based on real feedback, not guesswork.

You’ll come in with a question, a decision, or a “something’s off” feeling.

I’ll bring the frameworks and the outside eyes to help you translate what you’re seeing into priorities and action.

What to expect during the call

This is a working session, not a highlight reel. You don’t need perfect dashboards, impressive numbers, or a polished story. Bring what’s real, even if it’s messy — I’m here to tell you what I see and help you decide what to do next.

We’ll work via screen share on Google Meet. Please join from a computer (not a phone) with stable internet and the ability to share your screen. You’ll stay logged into your own tools; no passwords or backend access required.

That keeps your privacy intact, keeps the session moving, and ensures we spend your hour doing the work — not wrestling with tech.

How we'll use the hour

We’ll use your time like a working session, not a download.

We’ll start by naming the decision you’re trying to make (or the problem you want to stop circling). Then we’ll look at what you already have — your journey, your assets, your numbers, your tools — and identify what the ecosystem is actually doing right now.

From there, we’ll:

  • find the biggest point of friction or confusion
  • translate the feedback into a few usable signals
  • choose the highest-leverage next step (and what can wait)

The goal isn’t to cover everything. The goal is to leave with the right thing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be straight with you.

I’m not here to hype you up or hand you a generic plan. I’ll tell you what I see, what looks strong, what looks shaky, and what I think is most likely to matter next based on the feedback your ecosystem is already producing.

You’ll also get guidance that respects reality:

  • your capacity, health, season, and support
  • what’s already in motion
  • what’s worth building now vs. what’s a distraction

If something is outside the scope of a 60-minute session, I’ll say so — and I’ll point you to the cleanest next step instead of pretending we can solve it all in an hour.

What you'll Walk Away With:

Depending on the track we use, you’ll leave with:

  • A simplified view of the journey or system we reviewed
  • The strongest signals available right now (even if your data is imperfect)
  • A clear priority (not ten)
  • The highest-leverage next step you can act on next—based on what’s real in your ecosystem

Why I Offer This Session

I’m Ashley, the architect behind the Measurable Marketing Ecosystem™ Framework.

My work is all about helping thoughtful, capacity-conscious business owners finally see what’s working—so they can make confident, aligned decisions grounded in real clarity, not guesswork.

I built this lab because strategy shouldn’t just live in someone else’s template—or stay stuck in your head as a “someday” plan.

Too many strategy calls are just sales calls in disguise. You deserve better.

This session gives you space to work on your business, not perform for it.

To map what matters, measure what’s real, and walk away knowing exactly what needs your focus next.

Whether you come in with a funnel map, a dashboard, or a single burning question, I’m here to help you unpack it—live, on screen, together.

So you can make smart decisions, move with clarity, and finally stop guessing.

Whether we work together once or go deeper later—this hour is yours. Let’s make it count.
