This framework isn’t theory. It’s what I’ve used to help coaches like Classy Career Girl make strategic pivots with confidence, to guide natural product brands into scalable growth, and to rebuild the marketing measurement system for an international media nonprofit that needed a standardized system that worked for all of it’s sub-brands and the executive board so they could make the most impact with their donor dollars.

In this live session, I’ll go over the Measurable Marketing Ecosystem™ framework with deeper dives into each of the five parts and how they all work together. I’ll help you get a jumpstart on the Foundations part by providing a mini-training on the ACT framework and walk you through how to score your ecosystem based on this framework.
In this live session, we’ll build on the insights from your ecosystem scoring and walk through real-world strategies to help you prioritize what comes next. The live attendees group will choose which parts of the framework we’ll go deeper on – including measurement-focused audits, strategic action planning, or examples from GA4 and Looker Studio to show how good implementation works in practice. You’ll walk away with a focused 90-day plan that’s shaped by your ecosystem – not someone else’s funnel template.
In addition to the time allowed on the live sessions for open Q&A, there will be opportunities to submit your questions if you’re not able to attend live. You’ll also be able to attend future sessions of this workshop for free so you can continue to build your skills over time.
